Cards has a public member card and a private team workspace. Its app access and connections are arranged for your deployment; a Cards subscription does not by itself establish shared sign-in or automatic CRM synchronization.
Check and recover
- Open the member’s actual public card link in a browser. Confirm the name, company, contact links and branding belong to the intended member and workspace.
- If the QR code opens the wrong destination, inspect that member’s configured booking link. The booking QR opens that destination; scanning it is not the same as submitting a lead or confirming a meeting.
- If a person exchanged details, check that the form completed successfully. Opening a card or clicking a contact link alone does not guarantee a detail-swap record.
- In the private Cards workspace, check the lead’s owner, source and status. A lead may belong to another team member even when it came through the same company brand.
- If the record is present in Cards but absent from CRM, check whether a data handoff has actually been configured for your installation. Do not assume the two apps automatically share every contact.
For a changed card or brand
Save changes in the appropriate team/member settings, then reload the public card. Company branding and an individual’s booking or contact details are separate pieces of configuration.
When to contact the team
Include the public card URL, the affected action, approximate time and whether the lead is visible in the Cards workspace. For a QR issue, identify where it actually opens and where you expected it to open.
