Funnel connects marketing measurements. The standard Deepwater overview includes GA4 and Search Console reporting; richer source health, journeys, calls and revenue views depend on the configured full workspace and agreed connections.
Check and recover
- Check Funnel’s state in Settings → Modules. Confirm the module is licensed, its sources have been configured, and it is enabled. Verify setup checks readiness; it does not create provider access you have not granted.
- Confirm the source property or site. A valid connection to the wrong property can return plausible numbers for a different website.
- Compare the same date range, timezone, filters and measurement definition in Funnel and the source application. Visits, sessions, people, enquiries and bookings are different events.
- Check freshness or source-health information where available. Recent source data can arrive later than older data, and a working live source does not guarantee complete historical coverage.
- Treat unavailable or unconfigured metrics as missing information. Do not replace them with zero or interpret them as proof that nothing happened.
- If a source connection failed, resolve that error before trying to explain a reporting difference.
For attribution or identity questions
Keep the recorded evidence visible. A possible company match is not a verified person, and traffic, advertising and self-reported referral information can disagree. Do not edit unrelated CRM records to make two dashboards match.
When to contact the team
Include the source/property, metric, date range, filters, displayed value and comparison value from the original source. A screenshot should show the reporting context as well as the total.
