Signal analyzes meeting context. The compact Deepwater module and a separately configured full Signal workspace can expose different screens and source workflows. Check the experience included in your deployment before looking for a control shown elsewhere.
Check and recover
- Open Settings → Modules or the Hub and check Signal’s state. A license, completed source setup and an enabled module are separate requirements. An administrator can use Verify setup when the source connection is ready.
- Confirm that the transcript or meeting source actually exists and is accessible to the connected account. A calendar event alone does not guarantee an imported transcript or completed analysis.
- Check the meeting date, account and search filters. In a full Signal workspace, search for a distinctive phrase or inspect the meeting list rather than relying only on an account summary.
- If the meeting exists but a summary or commitment seems wrong, compare the original transcript and its relevant passage. A derived summary is not a replacement for the source.
- Check privacy and access restrictions. A hidden or sealed passage should not be made visible simply to make a search result look complete.
Before re-importing
Confirm whether the original import is still processing or already exists under another visible title. Avoid repeatedly importing the same transcript while the source or connection problem remains unresolved.
When to contact the team
Include the meeting date, source type, visible title or link, expected result and any processing or access error. Describe the affected passage without copying a private transcript into a public request.
