CAPTURE / WHILE THE WORK IS FRESH

A timer when you need it.
A quick line when you don’t.

The Hours experience is built around the day and the week: start a timer, add a short description, or fill a client-by-day grid. Keep the duration, client, date and type of work together.

QUICK ADD / EXAMPLE INPUT

45m project planning yesterday

Duration45 minutesWhenYesterdayReviewClient + billing

Short-form parsing supports recognizable durations, dates and work flags. Review the result before recording it.

01

A daily rhythm

Quick add, a personal timer and editable day entries support different ways of keeping a reliable record.

02

A weekly view

A client-by-day grid makes gaps easier to spot. Billable and non-billable work remain distinct.

SUGGEST / THEN CONFIRM

The meeting is evidence.
You make the call.

Connected Signal meetings can become time suggestions, with their source, duration and participation context retained for review. Agent-created time stays a draft until a person confirms it.

Confirmed time

A deliberate record of the work

01

Participation matters

Meeting length is not the same as billable contribution. Observer roles, presales and internal meetings need different treatment.

02

Keep the source attached

Draft provenance and account/person links help a reviewer understand a suggestion and correct a mismatch.

RETAINERS / THE PACE OF THE WORK

See the cap.
Watch the pace.

The retainer model separates confirmed use from drafts waiting for review. Monthly allowance, elapsed time, projected usage and estimated overage help frame the next client conversation.

Pace projections are estimates, not a commitment or an invoice.

01

Terms with an owner

Included hours, overage rates and billing terms are administrator-managed. Team-level contribution adds context to the burn.

02

A record you can take forward

Confirmed entries support client/month exports. The implementation will agree the handoff to your billing process.

COMING SOON / BUILT WITH YOUR BOUNDARIES

A better time record.
A carefully scoped rollout.

Hours is in development for Deepwater. The first implementation will confirm tenant permissions, source connections, review rules and the export workflow. Source-assisted drafts require configured access; they do not automatically approve time or issue invoices. Hosted and self-hosted availability, licensing and implementation are quoted separately.

PART OF THE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE LAYER

Your time.
The bigger picture.

CRM, Signal, Funnel and Cards connect through one stateless MCP. Hours, Computer, Net and Learn are coming soon; their connector capabilities are being scoped. Connect your AI tools once, then ask simple questions across your business with your organization’s permissions in place.
